This week was the week of Valentines Day! For each of my students parents, they made heart shaped pages and decorated them with colored tissue paper in purple, red, and pink. I forgot that students in elementary school give Valentines. Most of the students like the idea of giving, rather than getting. When I walked in the room on Valentines Day, my students were discolored. Their faces were stained green and they were bouncing off the walls. They had done their valentine exchange party earlier in the day, so they were wired off of the candy that they had gottne from their valentines. My students all made me special valentines. To show you how much candy I actually got, my whole tote bage was filled to the brim with candy!
